I have a great husband, Len, and we have a wonderful daughter, Rachel. Rachel had Spinal Fusion Surgery to correct her Scoliosis on Dec 17, 2010 at age 13. She had a LONG recovery period but she is doing great! To give back (no pun intended), Rachel and I started volunteering in the Spinal Fusion Tour Program at Phoenix Children's Hospital (where she had her surgery). We meet with kids and their parents and prepare them for their upcoming surgery by telling our experience and answering questions. We also have families call us with lots of questions.".
